Square 3 Way Corner 116-D (40mm)
Tube Clamp or Pipe Clamps for 40x40mm box section. Complies with B.S. EN1461. And are also known by the term key clamps.
A 90° 3 way corner joint with the vertical passing through the Q clamp fitting. Typical use is on straight and level guardrail for connecting the mid/lower rail to the vertical at a 90° corner.
Our tube clamps can be used to produce a wide range of handrails, furniture pieces, shop fittings, displays etc... By using square tube clamps you can beneift from a more unique design, which is much faster to assemble.
This clamp is suitable for our 40x40 box section available in galvanised steel finish or aluminium.

All clamps come with stainless steel grub screws fitted. If full tightened using a ratchet ket to a torque of 4.1kg/m (29ft/lb), the grub screw is capable of withstanding an applied slipload of 900kg.
